The Omni Cancun Hotel is one of the nicest resort destinations in the world and we are very happy to be their guests for this week. On our previous trips, people stayed in different places and the only time everyone was together was at the shows. This time, we thought we would try something a little different and have everyone stay in a really nice place, with the band and crew together, family style.

The Omni Cancun Hotel features one of the best locations on Cancun's sugar white beach, with swimming pools, waterfalls, a swim up bar, and 3 fantastic restaurants. Ekoostik hookah and family is hosting a special dinner for some of our package buyers. Since there are only so many spaces available for this special dinner, we decided to break bread, or maybe tortillas, with our most loyal fans. The first 20 people who pay in full for their Cancun trip will receive a private dinner, drinks included, with ekoostik hookah free of charge. The dinner will take place in first class restaurant between the first and second show.

Cancun is located in the heart of the Yucatan Peninsula and there are dozens of ancient Mayan ruins, and miles of tropical rainforest nearby. If scuba diving is your thing, Cozumel is a short ferry ride away and has some of the best reef diving in the Western Hemisphere.

A $200 per person deposit is due upon booking your package. Final payment is due August 20th 2005. Until that time, passengers can cancel with a penalty of $200 per ticket. After that date passengers may be able to cancel with a penalty to be determined by the tour provider. At this time you can only purchase packages by paying in full. Deposits of $200 start on May 15th. People who purchase the package in full before May 15th will be eligible for the private dinner with the band.

LINEUP

Back by popular demand....late night music on the Historic Bluegrass Stage. This spring we have Drew Emmitt Band (of Leftover Salmon) jamming late night on both Saturday and Sunday nights. Brandon Creasman will act as late night emcee and strummer. Friday night Early Bird camping will feature Mike Perkins (of the Shantee).

Early Bird camping starts at 4PM on Friday May 27. Early bird is payable at the gate only. The price is $25 per person with a paid ticket. There will be a $30 fee per RV, no additional fee for automobiles. The gates will open for everyone at 8AM on Saturday morning (prior to 8AM is considered early bird). Mike Perkins will play on the Historic Bluegrass Stage on Friday night for early bird only!

Refreshments at Hookahville!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, carry out beer sales will not be possible at Spring Hookahville 2005. Beer sales on the concert field will continue to service our customers with a good selection of moderately priced beers. As soon as we know which brands, and what prices, we will post that information to our website. We ask that people who plan on restocking their beer supplies over the course of the weekend use good common sense and not drive drunk to the beer store.

2005 Season Pass

In the next week or two we will send an e-mail confirming purchase and mailing address to those who ordered a Hookahville season pass last year. Tickets to Spring and Fall Hookahville will be mailed out two weeks before each festival (Spring tickets out prior to Spring and Fall tickets out prior to Fall). Tickets to the Fourth of July festival will be available at the festival at will-call after 4PM on Friday July 1st.
